Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.brix.so and the BRIX application at app.brix.so (together, the “Service”), provided by BRIX (“BRIX”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on its behalf.
1. The Service
BRIX is an AI native platform for blue collar businesses, including scheduling, CRM, quoting, invoicing, and integrations with other tools. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, for activity under it, and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us right away at eeharris2004@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You give BRIX permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide and support the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You are responsible for having the right to share any data you upload, including your customers’ information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or violate anyone’s rights.
- Send spam or unlawful messages through the Service.
- Upload malware or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as allowed by law.
5. Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party products such as Google, QuickBooks, and others. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and BRIX is not responsible for them. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
6. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest or take actions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing important output, such as quotes, invoices, and messages, before relying on it.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed with you, month to month unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or others. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
9. Intellectual property
BRIX and its software, design, and branding belong to BRIX. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the Service as allowed here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BRIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. BRIX’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid BRIX in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if greater.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and hold BRIX harmless from claims arising from your data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
