Jobber pricing in 2026: every plan, add-on and fee, with the math
By BRIX Editorial Team · Updated
Jobber costs $29 to $529 a month billed annually, depending on plan and team size. Core is $29 for one user, Connect starts at $99, Grow at $149 and Plus at $399 for five users. Paying monthly with no commitment costs more ($49 to $699). Extra users are $29 each, and card payments cost 2.9% + 30¢.
Key takeaways
- Jobber has three ways to pay: monthly with no commitment, monthly on a 1-year commitment, or annual prepaid (cheapest, non-refundable).
- Price climbs by user tier: Connect, Grow and Plus are sold for 1, 5, 10 or 15 users.
- AI Receptionist ($29/mo), Pipeline ($49/mo) and Marketing Suite ($99/mo) are add-ons on Core, Connect and Grow, and included in Plus.
- QuickBooks Online sync starts on Connect. Core doesn't have it.
- Worked math: about $2,100–$3,100 a year for a 3-truck shop, and $5,800–$6,100 for a 10-truck shop, before card fees.

What do you get on each Jobber plan?
- Core: online booking, quotes, invoicing and online payments, a website, built-in reporting and 100+ marketplace integrations. No QuickBooks sync.
- Connect: adds automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, checklists, quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
- Grow: adds quote visuals and reviews, optional line items, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS and custom workflow automations.
- Plus: adds unlimited photos and videos, crew scheduling, expense automation with profit alerts, custom reports, Pipeline, Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist, dedicated onboarding and Premium Support.
Most service businesses with more than one truck end up on Connect or Grow. Core is really a one-person plan; without QuickBooks sync, you'll be typing invoices into your books twice.
What add-ons does Jobber charge extra for?
| Add-on | Price on Core, Connect, Grow | On Plus |
|---|---|---|
| AI Receptionist (answers calls and texts 24/7, books visits, texts back hang-ups) | $29/mo | Included |
| Pipeline (lead and sales tracking) | $49/mo | Included |
| Marketing Suite (Jobber's marketing tools) | $99/mo | Included |

| Extra user | $29/mo each | $29/mo each |
What does Jobber charge to process payments?
Card processing is where a lot of your real Jobber cost hides, because it scales with revenue, not users. Jobber lists the same rates on every plan: 2.9% + 30¢ for credit cards, 2.7% + 30¢ for Tap to Pay, 1% for US bank (ACH) payments, and an extra 1% for instant payouts. You don't have to take payments through Jobber, but automatic payment collection on Connect and above works through it.
Monthly, 1-year commitment or annual: which Jobber billing is best?
- Monthly, no commitment: highest price. Cancel anytime; the subscription ends at the end of the billing period.
- Monthly, 1-year commitment: a middle price billed monthly, with a 12-month minimum. Cancel early and you stay subscribed until the term ends.
- Annual prepaid: cheapest. The full year is billed up front and is non-refundable, though access continues to the end of the term.
All three auto-renew unless you set them not to. You can upgrade anytime and downgrade at the end of a billing cycle. Jobber offers a 14-day free trial with full Grow features and no credit card. Our take: run the trial and one month of no-commitment billing before you prepay a year.
How much does Jobber cost for a 3-truck shop?
Say you run three trucks, one tech per truck, and the owner also needs a login. That's 4 users. You want QuickBooks sync, so Core is out.
How much does Jobber cost for a 10-truck shop?
Now ten trucks, ten techs and two people in the office: 12 users. At this size you probably want job costing (Grow) or the full Plus bundle.
What costs aren't on Jobber's pricing page?
- Payment processing, which at real revenue levels can cost more than the subscription.
- Bookkeeping. Jobber syncs to QuickBooks Online (one way, from Jobber to QuickBooks), but someone still has to reconcile, categorize expenses and get ready for tax time. Jobber doesn't sync with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Setup time. Plus includes dedicated onboarding; on other plans you set up workflows, follow-up rules and automations yourself.
- Growth past 15 users, which moves you to a sales quote.
- The phone number. AI Receptionist covers call answering, but follow-up after the call still depends on how well your automations are set up.
